This commercial property unfortunately fell victim of a water loss. While company renovations were on way, another contractor used the water spicket outside of the building. After leaving the lines and spicket unwinterized, the clinic came back to a mess on the floor with highly saturated walls. ??

February 3 we received an emergency service call from the facilities manager requesting help when this assisted living building starting flooding.
