Wonder How We Dry Out Your Ceiling From a Roof Leak?
No one expects a water loss, especially at their workplace. Every minute out of operation affects you. We recognize that, as to why it is such a priority of ours to get our customers back up and running in the most effective way possible.
Everyone’s business is running differently, but it is safe to assume there is priority of places or things that need to be handled first. Between the great communication of all parties, it is crucial to know what to do first in order to help get our customer’s production back in motion.
Shown in this photo is a water loss from a commercial property due to a roof leak. SERVPRO of South Kenosha County was there to help is a hurry. We quickly got in there to assess the damage and figure out a scope of work. First thing is communicating with the building and business owner. While that is going on, our quality trained crew is extracting the water on the surface of the floor. After extraction is completed, we set up our Wall Cavity System. This allows us to drill holes at the base of the wall, where the trim used to be, as well as push the air movement up into the ceiling. With this system, the air is being pushed through these hoses for a more direct access point for drying out the wet material.
