Continuing to Educate Everyone

March 12, 2020 was a great day! Our team at SERVPRO of South Kenosha County got to offer a FREE Continuing Education course to our local agents! It was another successful year for the classes with a great turnout. We got to offer our agents: Cleaning & Restoring Smoke Damaged Contents, Understanding Mold in the Restoration Industry, and Biohazard Cleanup.

With a full day of education, we had to do a little show and tell with our production crew. Our last class we hosted was about Biohazard cleanup. From the feedback, it was very educational and informative. Kind of a shock, right?! Sounds like it was dark and scary, but we kept it light and useful. We had Robert Davis, our crew chief, throw on some personal protective gear (PPE) to show what it takes to clean up a biohazard job. Different styles and types of PPE would be used based off the severity of the job.
